I recently ordered lens for Nikon camera from geitdigital, but I had never received it!!! The only information is the tracking information showing the package was delivered and left at my front door by fedex. The did send email asking the status of delivery and if I have any feedback, but after I told them the issue, what they said is they won't take any responsibility and I have to search for the package by myself.
