My husband had bought me a ruby/diamond white gold ring set last year for my birthday. Within the first week of having it the one heart ruby fell out and sent it back to be fixed.. Got it back had it for about a week and a half and the same one fell out again sent it back for the second time.. Had on put on the necklace wore it for about 2 weeks and ended up sending it in before I got the ring back.. The last thing to break was the post on the earrings..
I called up customer service to see if i could get my money back seeing that I didn't even get to wear all 3 things together and all they said was I can go to another store and do an exchange..(<Pembroke Mall) So I ended up going to another mall an the same thing is happening to that ring... I AM NEVER BUYING ANYTHING THERE AGAIN!!!
