bought rolex serial no.135282 dec 2009.no problems;;bought a new hidden clasp bracelet that did not fit, emaild groesbeck parham, who said they can fit it if i send the watch and bracelet back to them.this i did as reqested in nov 2010.emaild gk scott 3weeks later asking about the problem, groesbeck returned e mail saying the bracelet looked great, but noticed it wasnt keeping timecorrectly, we will service it for you .next excuse wiatig for a part from switzerland, next groesbeck out of country, then it was shipped out on march 12, BUT siezed by FEDEX customs and sent to ROLEX USA..I checked with Fedex no record of my watch.I then spoke to two attorneys at Rolex USA, the same out come, .Leaving me with the thougt my rolex and bracelet has been stolen from me .AS one gent stated on the net groesbeck by not even replying to emails is A THIEF
