This is a NIGHTMARE web company... you will regret the day you use any of their services. I made the mistake of hosting and buying domains thru them.
Part of the problems... repeated unauthorized billings for add-ons not ordered, billings for "automatic upgrades" not ordered because they're "sure you'll want this", inability to contact anyone to reverse charges, a totally inept billing depart, billing for domains cancelled 2 years ago, etc, etc. It took me 3 months to transfer my domain (lost a sale) and then only after sending letters from my lawyer. I have 150 emails on file between me and them. I had to send registered letters copied to my credit card company to ensure they cease billing me long AFTER I had closed all accounts and cancelled domains... (gave up trying to transfer them out). This is the most unethical and incompetent firm I've ever dealt with. I am continully amazed they are allowed to continue. Your decision to use this company will follow you to the grave.
