This is a NIGHTMARE web company... you will regret the day you use any of their services. I made the mistake of hosting and buying domains thru them. Part of the problems... repeated unauthorized billings for add-ons not ordered, billings for "automatic upgrades" not ordered because they're "sure you'll want this", inability to contact anyone to reverse charges, a totally inept billing depart, billing for domains cancelled 2 years ago, etc, etc. It took me 3 months to transfer my domain (lost a sale) and then only... read full review »
