You cannot get anybody on their 303 area code telephone unless you wait in excess of 30 minutes. A call to them from New Jersey where I live would cost a small fortune. Why should I pay for that when this was a free trial? If they cannot answer the phone faster than that they should offer you to get the "RA" number through the email that you used to get the free trial acai berry in the first place. If they are having phone waiting times in excess of 30 minutes then maybe they are not the company they profess to be. I want to return the product, it made me feel queasy and I had constant diarrhea. I cannot get them on the phone so I am going to return the product in the original packing and see if they give me any grief on this>if they do I will write another complaint about them to save others from this "free trial" scam.
