I ordered the 15 day "free" trial from gns slimbody for acai berry. By the time I got the product at least 12 days had already passed. I thought that the 15 day was to try the product for 15 days. I got 79.90 taken out of my checking account which they had from my card to pay the 2.99 to do the free trial period. They deducted the money from my checking account before I had three days into the free trial 15 day period. I ordered the "free trial" offer from gns slimbody coach for the acai berry. If you want to return the item you need to call for an "RA" number for the authorization to return. You cannot get anybody on their 303 area code telephone unless you wait in excess of 30 minutes. A call to them from New Jersey where I live would cost a small fortune. Why should I pay for that when this was a free trial? If they cannot answer the phone faster than that they should offer you to get the "RA" number through the email that you used... read full review »
