All of the items marked cancelled, preparing for shipment or expired were auction items that I had won and PAID FOR, including shipping charges but NEVER received. I spent months calling and emailing Goid asking that they either ship my items or reimburse me, and got nothing but excuses and lies, saying that the items had been shipped and then started stating that I needed to pay additional shipping charges before I could receive my items. They cancelled auctions at whim and even went so far as to accuse me of collusion and unfair bidding practices which is absurd! Finally, they stopped respoonding and as of today, I have never received any of the items, nor have I been reimbursed my money. The goBid site is no longer active, but encourages former bidders to sign up with BidCactus.com, who has agreed to honor outstanding GoBid bids.
