All of the items marked cancelled, preparing for shipment or expired were auction items that I had won and PAID FOR, including shipping charges but NEVER received. I spent months calling and emailing Goid asking that they either ship my items or reimburse me, and got nothing but excuses and lies, saying that the items had been shipped and then started stating that I needed to pay additional shipping charges before I could receive my items.
