I ordered a dietary supplement online and furnished a credit card number. They shipped 3 weeks later, and a week after that, I receive a charge on credit card for $85. I called bright discount and they said that I hadn't canceled my order and they shipped another bottle. They said to cancel, you have to return the bottle within a week. It wouldn't happen, it took longer than that to receive it. I kept the second bottle and told them to cancel any future orders, you can't cancel unless you turn in the unused bottle. I wasn't going to turn in a bottle I had paid for already. Itold my credit card to block the vendor. they blocked the vendor. the next statement I received another charge from golden health. theyhad changed their name and the credit card company accepted it. I call the company and told them to cancel, they said they can't cancel and cant refund, that are only customer service to answer the phones. a few days later I recevied another bottle and refused it, now the company won't refund my $85.90.
