I ordered a dietary supplement online and furnished a credit card number. They shipped 3 weeks later, and a week after that, I receive a charge on credit card for $85. I called bright discount and they said that I hadn't canceled my order and they shipped another bottle. They said to cancel, you have to return the bottle within a week. On 7/20/2009 I ordered online a trial size of dietary supplement from an email for shipping only $5.95. There were no conditions on the website. In 3 weeks I did not receive any product so I emailed customer service [email protected] and received no response. A few days later I received the sample of 30 capsules. The directions were unclear whether it was 2 or 2 per day, I sent an email and did not receive a response. In about 2 weeks I received a second bottle of 30 capsules.
