This company charged my credit card 72.21 for 3 months. The first charge was 1.97 and then they took 72.21 in April, May, and June. I called my credit card company and they cancelled my card. They will investigate the charges and they told me I will not be responsible for the charges.
How can people be such asshole and rip people off. I don't understand these jerks!
I hope they catch them and allow us to file a class action law suit against them!

Never got the starter package, guess they forgot to send it but sure did REMEMBER to charge my credit card!!!

I am not sure if this will help anyone, but I found a phone number to call and was able to speak with someone who promised me that my memberships to these programs will be cancelled and the charges will be refunded. The number is 1-800-685-2713. He then provided me with another number for a program that he said was Network Agenda which someone I automatically became a member to when signing up to receive the disks for a few dollars to check into this. Will still cancel my bank acct and open a new one, but now I have to wait to see if the charges are reimbursed. I had to call one other time for a different program and cancelled and was reimbursed immediately.

THIS IS A SCAM!! I didn't read the fine print, but anything like these charges shouldnt be in the fine print!! I hope this helps anyone having this same problem. Hopefully then you can move onto better things than making these ridiculous phone calls and worrying about what you are going to be charged for next from a company that you have never even heard of.

I made a booking with Hotelcollect.com on the 19 June 2009 and received no confirmation, athought the web site stated I would receive an email confirmation within 5 minutes, 2 July 2009, the day before the trip I have contacted the hotel and they have not heard of the company. We have no booking.
My complaint against Google is that it is well known that this site is taking peoples money (number of complaints on this site) and Google haven't removed them from Google Search.
Google is therefore allowing this fraudulent site to continue stealing peoples money.
I will not trust Google again

Paid the 1.97 for kit, have had it deducted from account and did not receive kit. This is a scam. [email protected]
