My girlfriend and I were looking to get a grant to start up a business...the $1.98 S&H charge for the CD was reasonable, but then my credit card company told me they charged my card a whopping $69.95!!! I DIDN'T APPROVE THIS!!! I wouldn't have known about the charge had I not contacted my credit card company about another issue I had!!! ANYONE who is thinking about a grant online...BE CAREFUL!!! THIS could happen to you!!! When I called the number the credit card company gave me, BOY did I get the run-around!!! They were only going to give me 1/2 credit on the refund...until I threatened to sue if they didn't refund the ENTIRE amount!!! I called them fruads and told them if another charge does happen to show up...they WILL have a lawsuit on their hands!!!
