My girlfriend and I were looking to get a grant to start up a business...the $1.98 S&H charge for the CD was reasonable, but then my credit card company told me they charged my card a whopping $69.95!!! I DIDN'T APPROVE THIS!!! I wouldn't have known about the charge had I not contacted my credit card company about another issue I had!!! ANYONE who is thinking about a grant online...BE CAREFUL!!!
