I attemped to get an account with Grant One a Day on 2/21/2009. The site would not run properly. Via e mail I contacted customer support and they responded promptly. I still couldn't log in. As expected the 1.99 fee came out of my account. 4/4/2009 i get my bank statement with 94.89 on 3/2 and 94.89 on 3/30 being pulled out from them to my suprise. I called customer service (If you need it 866-876-2778) and a customer service member answered. He stopped my account and told me to e mail about a refund. I attempeted to email and it was returned. I called back and got the same agent. He became very rude. He told me he had no supervisor and there wasnt another rep for me to talk to. I told him i would report to BBB and I knew he was not being truthful. He plainly didnt care. My husband called and got another agent. WOW so he did lie and I was taken for 191.77 in about a month for a product that I cant use. I did send in an e mail about what happened to www.granmemberservices.com. I will post what the response to this is when I get one. All I can say is how disappointing.
