I attemped to get an account with Grant One a Day on 2/21/2009. The site would not run properly. Via e mail I contacted customer support and they responded promptly. I still couldn't log in. As expected the 1.99 fee came out of my account. 4/4/2009 i get my bank statement with 94.89 on 3/2 and 94.89 on 3/30 being pulled out from them to my suprise. I called customer service (If you need it 866-876-2778) and a customer service member answered. He stopped my account and told me to e mail about a refund.
