I purchased a kit last night 8/31/09around 7:pm for $1.99
supposed to be 24 hr trial, I just called and they already charged
my card for $57.99. I called thesupport office and she
refered me to this refund website.

i applied for an offer for $1.95 to look into a federal grant but did not realize that the offer for the dollar ninty-five was good only for one day and the next day there was $57.00 taken out of my account which over drew my account and added over-draft fees i can not afford. whechildrenn i called my account this morning i was not very happy. had i known i was going to have the other fees taken out of my account i wouldn't have done the so called special offer. i have called and canceled the application for the grant kit and would like my money back please. i am single and am supporting 4 children and can not afford all the overdraft charges and extra things. i thought that i would only be spending a $1.95 so please help me get my money back

I ordered a cd for $ 1.95 and the next thind I know they draft my account for $57.21. I called the phone number on my account and they said I had 24 hours to try the program. I told them I didn't authorized the withdraw and cancel the account. They did, but I havn't had any respones back from the company. They have had 72 hours to respond and I think this is enough time to respond. My advice is to stay away from such companies, I know I will.

I autherized a charge for 1.95 and the following day i was charged 57.oo. I want my money back now!
