After reading all of the customer complaints for this company I realize they are a scam and total rip-off. I just signed a contract today for 18 months - a binding contract. I see now that they operate in SC to avoide certain laws. They quoted me as $3500 but told me their "labor day special" was 50% off. I told them I still could not afford their service right now and she told me they could definitely work something out, it being labor day weekend (like that should matter). I told Dawn Villano, my rep, that I still could not afford it. She asked me how much I could pay today - I told her $300 - she told me "great." She said they would charge me the additional, broken up into payments per month over the 18 month contract. She immediately charged my card the $300. Congratulations to them!!! She gave me a business card - I try to call and the number is actually some sort of fax number. Now I understand after reading other complaints that I will be charged for the photos that are supposed to be taken next Saturday. Someone who complained said it cost her $350. I'm so mad at myself. Total rip-off.
