After reading all of the customer complaints for this company I realize they are a scam and total rip-off. I just signed a contract today for 18 months - a binding contract. I see now that they operate in SC to avoide certain laws. They quoted me as $3500 but told me their "labor day special" was 50% off. I told them I still could not afford their service right now and she told me they could definitely work something out, it being labor day weekend (like that should matter).
