i was on ticketmasters trying to buy some tickets and my credit card declined to find out this company name HHE-net grantgo has been stealing $57.61 from me. I use this card to pay for bills as well as my rent and gas. I need to know who to get in contact with so i can get my money back

My daughter received a credit card in her name. I have tried every number on the card encloser form. I could never speak to anyone. It was strictly automated. When I put the acct number and SS # in, the automation kept telling me it was invalid. Finally, after researching I found the number to their directpay line, 1-866-963-6219. Got to speak to someone I could barely understand because of his accent. I explained that she was a minor. He said the account was closed but there had been transactions but he could not give me any of this information without my daughters consent. I again explained she was a minor and that I was concerned that someone was using her personal information. He refused and I requested a supervisor. A women with a heavy accent answered and refused. I truly believe this is a scam. We are trying to place scam alerts on ou daughter's information.
