My daughter received a credit card in her name. I have tried every number on the card encloser form. I could never speak to anyone. It was strictly automated. When I put the acct number and SS # in, the automation kept telling me it was invalid. Finally, after researching I found the number to their directpay line, 1-866-963-6219.
