We got charged an additional 16.46 on our phone bill from OAN Services, Inc. We have never even heard about this company or their services. We absolutely did not give permision. state on their website that "the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Transactions Act ("E-Sign") was enacted in 1999 and 2000... I believe they put this in to make you think that somehow you "E-signed" for this yourself. We absolutely did not!
