A charge showed up on the telephone bill for 3 months for 8.23 plus taxe and fees. It was unauthorized, but began about the same time that my husband had his ID info stolen. The 800 number states they will credit back the phone company bill, and that it is for a dedicated personal 800 line with free long distance, something which I already had on my regular phone. read full review »
