Sold A Bad Card

I Bought A Greendot MoneyPak Card For $85.00 With No Money Pak Number A Week Ago and Still Trying To Get My Money Back. I Fax Copy Of Info. They Wanted & Needed (Still Get The Run Around)Different Customer Svc Rep. Same Dam Lie. They Sold Me A Card That Had Already Been Used So Why Can't I Get My Money On My Card I'm Pretty Sure They Have It With All The Service Fees They Charge. I Wish They Would Give Me My Money That's Now Down To $55.00 Because I Had To Buy Another Phone Card Talking To John, James, Mary, etc. From Greendot. Help!

Fraudulent card use

I loaded $50 on a greendot prepaid card via phone. This was the second time I did it and they gave me a different card number. I thought it might have been because I hadn't used the card in a while and that was why I got a new number. A few days later when I tried to use the card it was declined. I only had $5 on the card they said. I knew something was wrong when they named a different person than me as the account holder. They put me on hold forever they were having system problems and I never got the issue resolved. I called back the next day and was unable to speak to a live representative. I have written to them and hope this gets resolved. This company needs to be investigated.
