I loaded $50 on a greendot prepaid card via phone. This was the second time I did it and they gave me a different card number. I thought it might have been because I hadn't used the card in a while and that was why I got a new number. A few days later when I tried to use the card it was declined. I only had $5 on the card they said. I knew something was wrong when they named a different person than me as the account holder.
