service and attitude
I would like to complain about services provided by the company Grindrod Travel, in particular by their Johannesburg office. A simple request to please provide a quote for a 3 nights stay in Kruger National Park gave no response within a week. After a week a consultant -Emilene- sends a response that she can not provide this information as rates are not released in foreign currency (noone requested any foreign currency quotes). My trials to pay attention to such a negligent attitude of their so-called superviser Shireen Khan returned response that she will chekc it with the consultant -and no quote followed again. After my reminder that i am still waiting for a quote for 3 nights stay in Kruger National Park i am receiving a response that they are unable to help with this quote. Horrible service- and what a travel agency that can not quote a simple thing. Horrible attitude of consultants- very arrogant. I ve tried to raise this issue with their Managing Director- Ken Tweedie- but he had no any courtesy even to attend to this problem. Negligent attitude and zero service. Would like to draw your attention to such a poor service and attitude.
