I would like to complain about services provided by the company Grindrod Travel, in particular by their Johannesburg office. A simple request to please provide a quote for a 3 nights stay in Kruger National Park gave no response within a week. After a week a consultant -Emilene- sends a response that she can not provide this information as rates are not released in foreign currency (noone requested any foreign currency quotes).
