Grower Flowers.com an affiliate of Gevalia Coffee.com sent my girlfriend a flower arrangment for Valentines day. They sent the wrong order in the box, along with the wrong card from some other customer. I contacted Grower flowers and they were pleased to send me another boquet and vase on another date and that went down well. My complaint is that they had the nerve a couple of weeks later they sent me an E-mail saying they were charging my credit card $10 for an address change or correction for the first order, that was not my order, because they said the zip code was wrong.I will never do buisness with this company again if that is how they operate there company.
