Grower Flowers.com an affiliate of Gevalia Coffee.com sent my girlfriend a flower arrangment for Valentines day. They sent the wrong order in the box, along with the wrong card from some other customer. I contacted Grower flowers and they were pleased to send me another boquet and vase on another date and that went down well.
