I subscribe to this company by in January 2009. After having several payments drafted from my bank account I call to inquire about the system and the paperwork. I was told that the paperwork had been sent out, however they had the wrong apartment number on it and that they would resend them. I have called on several occasions and today is April 8, 2009, and I still haven't received anything yet. I was told that if I was to fax in my request for a refund and it was something that they did then a refund would be given. However, I did just that and on today I called to get a status check and was told that this is a non-refundable program and that a refund would not be given. I feel that this is unconstitutional and something needs to be done .
