I subscribe to this company by in January 2009. After having several payments drafted from my bank account I call to inquire about the system and the paperwork. I was told that the paperwork had been sent out, however they had the wrong apartment number on it and that they would resend them. I have called on several occasions and today is April 8, 2009, and I still haven't received anything yet.
