I purchased a Haan Steam Mop from their website. It worked for about 10 months and then stopped working. When I contacted the company they said it was out of warranty and there was nothing that they would do. The company representative seemed familiar with the problem I was having with the machine. They also claimed to have no record of me purchasing it from them. After doing some research it appears that these machines have a high failure rate with no recourse for the purchaser. I paid about $145.00 for the machine and other attachments. The company should stand by their product or take it off the market until the quality of it is improved. I was totally ripped off.
