Haan Steam Mop

I purchased a Haan Steam Mop from their website. It worked for about 10 months and then stopped working. When I contacted the company they said it was out of warranty and there was nothing that they would do. The company representative seemed familiar with the problem I was having with the machine. They also claimed to have no record of me purchasing it from them. After doing some research it appears that these machines have a high failure rate with no recourse for the purchaser. Pure Digital Technologies

I purchased a flip Ultra Digital Camcorder in December of 2009 and after using it 4 times the power button broke. I did not abuse this camera and just pushed the power button gently to turn it on and it snapped and now just flops around. It will not turn the camera on. I called the Pure Digital Technologies support line and was told that I would have to pay $79.99 for them to look at the camera.
