I purchased this vacumn a year ago because I have 4 pets and says kills germs and fleas. This is a $500 Vacumn.

I only had it a few months and it got clogged and it is impossible to get where the clog is. I called they sent me a new one and I sent the other back,

a few months later the same thing happened. I said I wanted my money back because this keeps happening, they said no. There is no repair place in Washington State, so I am stuck with a expensive dead vacuum. It also has no stair tool so you can't vacumn your stairs. If you have a lot of pets I don't recommend it cause it gets easily clogged with pet hair. I am very angry because it is way to expensive to have this happen. Had I bought in a store I could have returned it and got my money back.
