Started when I joined with a two year membership. My account showed I only paid for a one year and my cc was billed for two. A few frustrating phone calls and e-mails finally got that straight. They advertise "product testing", but what they don't tell you is that the product comes with a hardbound book series that you can "cancel at anytime". I didn't want to get into a book scam. I called and said I'll pay for this one but stop all others. I can't get to a post office to send any back with out taking time off work. Well don't you know here comes another. I called again, by the way expect a long wait on the phone. If you e-mail don't expect a timely response either. Anyway the young lady was very nice and helpful, except that I never recieved the "pre-paid" return label that was promised. That label by the way as of today I am still waiting for. Oh, and those products to test. You can buy what I have seen so far you can buy at any local hardware for a couple bucks. If you were interested in joining the club you will already have these in you garage or tool box. Don't waster your time and money - it's all a scam.
