Started when I joined with a two year membership. My account showed I only paid for a one year and my cc was billed for two. A few frustrating phone calls and e-mails finally got that straight. They advertise "product testing", but what they don't tell you is that the product comes with a hardbound book series that you can "cancel at anytime". I didn't want to get into a book scam. I called and said I'll pay for this one but stop all others. I can't get to a post office to send any back with out taking time... read full review »
