I had a really bad time with Paula Cornwell from their Essex office. I hired a nanny through her, but after a week both the nanny and I realised that the job wasn't right for her. So we mutually agreed to terminate the contract. I then requested a refund of the fees for which I'm fully qualified according to their (agency) contract. The refund request was rejected and I have been given all sorts of poor excuses, she eventually offered to find a replacement for me after I was about to take legal action against the company. But after 2 months time I have received not a single candidate from her. Now I am getting all those excuses again, she would literally pick on every single word you say or write in order to avoid the refund and totally ignore their own contract. I am now fed up and will take legal action against them. so avoid them if you can. It is not the service you might be looking for.
