I had a really bad time with Paula Cornwell from their Essex office. I hired a nanny through her, but after a week both the nanny and I realised that the job wasn't right for her. So we mutually agreed to terminate the contract. I then requested a refund of the fees for which I'm fully qualified according to their (agency) contract.
