I do not appreciate Harvey Carter Center! They are extremely unethical and unfair. I called Harvey Carter to ask if he could operate on my eyes. I have been told by other institutes that they couldn’t because I had Lupus and that only the newest machines could. So the very first question I asked was can you operate on me with Lupus. Dr. HarveyCarter told me of course he could and it was no problem and would I like to schedule a complimentary appointment. He talks to me for a while and then says he cannot operate on me because I had Lupus. Are you kidding me? He actually told me that it was a law in the state of California and no eye doctor could operate on any person whom has had Lupus. This company is very unethical and I would not recommend them to anyone.
