I do not appreciate Harvey Carter Center! They are extremely unethical and unfair. I called Harvey Carter to ask if he could operate on my eyes. I have been told by other institutes that they couldn’t because I had Lupus and that only the newest machines could. So the very first question I asked was can you operate on me with Lupus.
