Offensive
I find these reviews informative and I find the one Kill It Kill It very offensive. We pay HMC to properly and professionaly manage our community. We are not their sheep that they can use our dues money and mail us a propaganda newsletter calling on us to harass a Congresswomen from some other part of the State for their profitability reasons. That is very offensive language and the President should have never allowed that newsletter to be circulated.

Need entire new staff.
I can't say anything good about this company. How they manage to stay in business is beyond me. Rude, unprofessional and under-staffed.

Kill it! Kill it! Kill the Bill! ‘Kill House Bill 165‘, Joey Aiken - HMC.
Harass, email, call, phone and write Representative Weiss who represents Wake County (Raleigh) where HMC does not even operate. These are the words written by or condoned by Joseph H Aiken of HMC. This is a religious man from St. John’s Episcopal. A man that has little boys in his care when he takes them on various hiking and camping trips and uses such offensive, repulsive and utterly unprofessional language and condones harassing a female Representative that does not even represent him or his customer-base. I would not let my child within 100 feet of this lunatic. I read the entire HB-165 which had bipartisan sponsorship (rare in NC) and passed infamously (extremely rare in N.C.). It passed unanimously because home-owners are sick and tired of out-of-control Management Companies and Board’s.
Out of the 22 page Bill I know why HMC wanted the Bill killed. One small paragraph relating to collecting on delinquent accounts because HMC profits off every collection account. It is all about money. The owner needs the money for his house in the mountains, house on the beach, house in Myers Park, boat and allowance and pocket money for foreseeable future for money spent on an exclusive $30,000 a year for private university did not produce a financially viable employment.
Don’t get in the way and Joey and money, I know he will lie, cheat, deceive and do whatever is necessary. Please Mr. Aiken, your customers await your response.

Impersonal, too big, treats residents like 2nd class citizens!!!
Impersonal, too big, treats residents like 2nd class citizens as compared to Board Member’s. I called repeatedly and they never acknowledge my calls, hang up, put me on hold until I hang up and never ever return my calls. Extremely rude and stuck up people.!!!! All us customers are just cash registers’ for them. I work in retails and if I did business the way they did I would e fired or out of business.
