Impersonal, too big, treats residents like 2nd class citizens as compared to Board Member’s. I called repeatedly and they never acknowledge my calls, hang up, put me on hold until I hang up and never ever return my calls. Extremely rude and stuck up people.!!!! All us customers are just cash registers’ for them. I work in retails and if I did business the way they did I would e fired or out of business. read full review »
