I wish I had read some of these complaints before ordering the Kymaro products. I received the items today and want to return them for an exchange but when I read a complimentary exchange I assumed that I could return it free of charge and with a postage paid return address label. DEFINITELY NOT THE CASE...you have to return it via your money which is an added cost. I went to the USPS web and found out what a package would cost ...my two items which were about a 5x7 package could have been put in a much smaller box..the cost of the 11 x 13 box they sent me was overkill..otherwise the it would have been about $5.00 according to the postal service for priority mail. And don't forget priority mail doesn't mean a thing to these people.. it took a week for my item to be shipped.!!! You know what...I'm just going to return the two items and see about a refund...from what I hear that's probably not going to happen---DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO INCUR ADDITIONAL EXPENSES...THIS IS NOT A USER FRIENDLY COMPANY...WITH THE HARD TIMES WE ENSUE I WOULD ASSUME ANY COMPANY WOULD WANT TO STRIVE TO ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!!
