I wish I had read some of these complaints before ordering the Kymaro products. I received the items today and want to return them for an exchange but when I read a complimentary exchange I assumed that I could return it free of charge and with a postage paid return address label. DEFINITELY NOT THE CASE...you have to return it via your money which is an added cost. I went to the USPS web and found out what a package would cost ...my two items which were about a 5x7 package could have been put in a much smaller box..the cost of the 11 x 13 box... read full review »
