We contracted Mr. Cruz to do a fence job for us. We paid a deposit of $1300.00 on Aug. 13, 2009 and the work was to be started on August 19. He did not show up to do the work. After we left many phone messages he told us he would be here the following Sat. or Monday if it were to rain on Sat. Monday came and went with no communication, no return phone calls. After many more phone calls and emails he did return an email stating that he had an emergency and that he would be here the next day. We have not recieved a return phone call or email since. His phone always goes to voice mail. We are now having to hire another fence company and will be persuing leagal action against Mr. Cruz.
