Failure to deliver service after contract signed and $1300.00 deposit paid. Failure to return phone calls or emails. Contract signed and deposit paid on Aug. 13. Work scheduled to start on Aug. 19. Never showed up to start the job. When we were able to contact him, he made two additional start date promises and also failed to show. He will not answer a call or email and will not return messages. He presents his company as Armstrong Fence Company - this company does not seem to exist now. All of the phone numbers lead back to the same voice mail box. read full review »

We contracted Mr. Cruz to do a fence job for us. We paid a deposit of $1300.00 on Aug. 13, 2009 and the work was to be started on August 19. He did not show up to do the work. After we left many phone messages he told us he would be here the following Sat. or Monday if it were to rain on Sat. Monday came and went with no communication, no return phone calls. After many more phone calls and emails he did return an email stating that he had an emergency and that he would be here the next day.
