Money scam
I spent over $3000.00 on my site. In 6 months, this is what they have done "whiteexpresscabulance.com"- two of the pages are "coming soon".
For 6 months all I did was baby sit the designer. If I wanted ANY one thing done to the site, I needed to repeat it 3 to 4 times before the designer did it. The design that is there now is what I personally put together on Photoshop and sent her. The original design she made was a gray box with black text and our logo on the top. I gave her all of the text for every page and she wrote it with no punctuation and with lots of misspelled words. It was written like a text message. After she put the design I created onto the site and fixed most of the mistakes, she told me that I need to approve the part of the site that she did so that somebody else would come in and finish the two pages that weren't done. I approved and she disappeared.
It has been a month now. I have written and called every manager and customer service and technical support. Last week I finally got a response from somebody via email. He asked what I need done on my site and I told him. He replied letting me know that he is going on vacation for 2 weeks and that he can start when he gets back.
I called to cancel everything and get a refund. The girl told me that they cannot make any refunds for any reason, even if its something that I paid for and they didn't do. There is over $1200.00 worth of things that I have paid for which are not done. She also said that they cannot release the files for the site so that I can have some other designer complete it. The only way they can release those files to me is if I pay them 12 months worth of hosting which would be $360.00. That's $360.00 for yet another thing they don't actually do, making it $1560.00 instead of $1200.00. I have not done it yet, I figured I would warn people first and show my site before I have a real designer finish it.
Overall the designers there have zero artistic ability or interest in your website.
The managers do not care about you or your site, as long as they have your money.

Lack of Service
We had Heritage Web Solutions design a website for our new business. We gave them all of the information for the design of the site. They promised to get the site designed and functioning in a timely manner. After more than 30 days and many phone calls they had not started the design of the site. I asked for a timeline to complete the site and they decline to give me one. Shortly after we discovered a few charges that Heritage had put on our credit card for services that we did not order and they did not perform. They admitted the charges and reimbursed the money. After all of this we completely lost trust and confidence with Heritage. We are now in dispute with Heritage over the first payment. We feel they have breached the contract by not creating the website reasonable expected time frame that cost our company several thousand dollars. Heritage has refused to return the money, even though they had not performed any work. The only time anyone spent on the website was when we called to complain about the lack work being done.

Repeated Phone Calls
These people just don't get it. My caller ID registered:
1). 16 calls from this company during the month of May
2). 27 during the month of April
3). 31 during the month of March
4). 6 during the last two weeks of February
When is it ever a sound business practice to harass customers into purchasing a product or service?
Originally, my business information was forwarded to Heritage Web Solutions when I enrolled my business online with another site. I figured I'd have someone design my website, to free me up for other things.
At the onset of the conversation, the price was $199; However, by the end of the conversation, the price was inflated to $400. Nevertheless, I was still interested... but because of other priorities, I could not give half immediately as he requested. Instead, I asked if I could do so in two weeks. After placing me on hold to "speak with his Vice President", the answer was no. So, I told him I'd just call back when I was ready.
I didn't.
I got to thinking: What a poor decision it is to allow a customer out of your grasp because you're not willing to work with them! So, when I finally received the cash in hand, I decided that I'd rather make the sacrifice and work on the site myself. I did - and saved myself $400! Judging from the negative feedback on this company, that was the best decision I could have ever made!
My advice? Stay clear of Heritage Web Solutions!

Overcharged
I spent over two thousand dollars for 2 sites with the above company and the sites look like crap. The forum is not original it was taken from mybb for free but they charged me so much. Customer service can mislead you into spending money into getting things that they cannot even design. They have so many complaints on them everywhere so beware of this Company. I know another person personally who have the same problem because I was introduce to Heritage by that person before the site was done.

Giving information away
I have reason to believe that Heritage is a part of a wide conspiracy of people who wish I was dead. They don’t dare kill me though because I have arranged for damaging information to be released to the press upon the occasion of my death.
I called in to HWS the other day and got someone from their “tech support” department. I believe the entire time I was on the phone they were laughing at me, joking behind my back, making fun of me. I believe they are in collusion with my enemies and have leaked my information to the so called authorities. I wanted to cancel my site with them but I’m afraid they will give all my information to my adversary’s, who have been out to get hold of my information for years. I wouldn’t be surprised if they are actually a company made up by my enemies just so they can get hold of all of my information.
I hope you can help me.

The Worst Web Hosting Company Around
This is the worst company I have EVER dealt with. I've had my website with them since 11/08 and seriously this company is a joke. A 5th grader could have come up with a better website. And when you get to complaining, they just pass the buck and tell you someones working on it and will call you back. I am soooo fed up with these people and I have spent a fortune.

Conspiracy
Mark Strong and Heritage Web Solutions are nothing but a front for the government, which is why they don’t care about customer service. They are covering up their involvements in the reality of aliens here on earth. I know it because I’ve seen the alien crafts they are hiding from the common citizens.
If you want to know the truth about what is going on just watch TV or go to the movies and check out all your alien books and comic books. All of these things are preparing the population of Earth, testing our reactions to the presence of aliens on earth. Heritage Web Solutions is a direct result of these tests. They are so called, “Web Developers” when what they are really doing is providing a front for government funds into these secret projects that have to do with aliens and alien space craft.
Mark Strong has publicly admitted on October 18th, 2004 that he is an agent of the United States Government and deeply involved in what they call Project Lovecraft, which is a program designed to desensitize the public to so called “friendly” aliens that currently are already here on Earth.
All of this is a matter of public record and can be found if anyone digs deep enough and looks hard enough in the dank, dark corners of the internet and other sources of information. Don’t trust Heritage because they aren’t interested in really helping you, all they want to do is carry out their hidden agenda, just like any secret government organization.

Fraudulent company
On Jan. 13th I paid my 50% to get a web site designed and a data base built.
Since then all that has happened are more contacts from sales people to sell me upgrades for my to be web site.
I am told that my project has been submitted to a programmer but one has not picked it up yet. I have asked for a timeline and what the hold up is. No one can tell me when the work will actually get started or why it hasn't been started.
So today I emailed the ceo, my contact and his manager requesting this information and informing them that i will need a full refund tomorrow if they can not give me a satisfactory answer as to when they will start building my site and data base.
I feel three and a half weeks after paying for the web site is already way to long to have to wait before they will even start the process.
