On Jan. 13th I paid my 50% to get a web site designed and a data base built. Since then all that has happened are more contacts from sales people to sell me upgrades for my to be web site. I am told that my project has been submitted to a programmer but one has not picked it up yet. I have asked for a timeline and what the hold up is. No one can tell me when the work will actually get started or why it hasn't been started.
