Called them around 8 AM this morning, stranded @ my daughter's daycare. said someone'd be out in about 45 mins. over an hour later I called back (they didn't have the courtesy to call me) and was told by a lady who couldn't have been less caring or interested that they had to go get a car involved in some police business, that that got priority and I was next. I called AGAIN in about another hour and the same nasty, put-out woman said "he's unloading that car now and then he'll be over to take care of you, shouldn't be that long." a little more than a half hour later the towing guy showed. he couldn't have been nicer. but the office people? Maximum RUDE. I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE. To top it off, my friend took off work to come get me, thinking they'd already be there hooking up my car...well, I cost him a waste of a day off as well, sitting with me in little plastic chairs in the office of a daycare. Still fuming mad. THREE HOURS!
