Called them around 8 AM this morning, stranded @ my daughter's daycare. said someone'd be out in about 45 mins. over an hour later I called back (they didn't have the courtesy to call me) and was told by a lady who couldn't have been less caring or interested that they had to go get a car involved in some police business, that that got priority and I was next.
